Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for your convenience.

Faster Option:
Place a new order for your preferred size. Once we receive your original item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

For defective or incorrect items, please email us at contact@alienswears.com with your order details and product images.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

If the return is due to change of mind (size, fit, preference), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
