Alienswears is an Indian premium fashion and lifestyle brand specializing in high-quality apparel and accessories.

Minor variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

5. SIZE DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Please refer to the Size Chart available on each product page.

Manufacturing tolerances of approximately ±1 inch (2–3 cm) may occur due to cutting, stitching, and finishing processes.

Size differences within this tolerance are considered standard manufacturing variations and are not defects.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue products.

  • Introduce new collections.

  • Modify specifications.

  • Withdraw products without prior notice.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory.

7. PRICING

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or handling fees will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

If an incorrect price has been displayed, Alienswears reserves the right to:

8. ORDERS

Your order represents an offer to purchase.

Acceptance occurs only when your order has been:

  • Processed,

  • Approved,

  • and shipped.

Alienswears reserves the right to decline any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Fraud prevention

  • Payment verification failure

  • Duplicate orders

  • Suspicious purchasing activity

  • Bulk buying intended for resale

9. PAYMENT

We accept payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout, which may include:

  • UPI

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways.

Alienswears does not store complete card details or sensitive payment credentials.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled by Alienswears in situations including:

  • Payment failure

  • Inventory shortages

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Technical errors

  • Fraud detection

  • Violation of these Terms

Customers may request cancellation before order processing begins.

Once production, packaging, or shipment has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

11. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain collections may be manufactured after an order is placed.

Made-to-order or personalized products may require additional production time.

Such products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless they are received damaged or defective.

12. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers are subject to individual campaign terms.

Alienswears reserves the right to:

  • Modify promotions.

  • Cancel coupons.

  • Refuse misuse of discount codes.

  • Cancel fraudulent promotional orders.

Coupons cannot normally be combined unless specifically stated.

13. GIFT CARDS

Where available:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

  • Expired gift cards cannot be revalidated unless required by applicable law.

14. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing an order you will receive:

  • Order Confirmation

  • Payment Confirmation

  • Shipping Updates

  • Delivery Notifications

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Acceptance occurs only after shipment.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Product Designs

All original apparel designs, graphics, artwork, illustrations, prints, slogans, embroidery patterns, labels, packaging, product photography, marketing materials, and digital assets created by Alienswears remain the exclusive intellectual property of Alienswears.

Unauthorized copying, imitation, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material available on our Services infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with:

  • Your full name and contact information.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work.

  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.

  • A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

  • A declaration that the information provided is accurate.

Upon receiving a valid notice, Alienswears may investigate and remove the relevant content where appropriate.
